Classic Touring

Classic touring bikes are designed to handle sustained loads over long distances, primarily on paved roads and secondary roads, with occasional stretches of smooth gravel.

Unlike gravel or adventure platforms, the priority here is directional stability under structural load, comfort over many consecutive hours, and consistent handling day after day.

The geometries are stability-oriented: balanced wheelbase, rear triangle sized to handle luggage, and angles that prioritize predictability and control over sporty responsiveness. These are platforms designed to work with racks, front and rear panniers, mudguards, and permanent touring setups.

In classic touring, the bike must remain consistent over time: it should not feel nervous or reactive for just a few hours, but stable and predictable when surfaces deteriorate, when the load remains constant, and when consecutive days in the saddle add up.
