2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the distance sale of products offered through the website www.bikejamming.it, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
Sales are reserved to consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial or professional activity they may carry out.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation sent by email.
Bikejamming reserves the right not to accept orders in the event of product unavailability or other legitimate reasons, informing the customer without undue delay.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated before completion of the order.

In the case of payment by advance bank transfer, the bank details for the transfer are provided on the Payment Methods page and in the order summary.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made by courier to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and not of the essence.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the consumer at the time of delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated on the Shipping and Delivery page and in the checkout process before purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from delivery of the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to info@bikejamming.it.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Bikejamming will reimburse all payments received within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal and may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, including:

goods made to measure or clearly personalised;

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee provided under Articles 128–135-septies of the Italian Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement of the goods, or, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with applicable law.
9. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is provided in addition to and does not replace the statutory legal guarantee.
10. Jurisdiction
For any dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
