1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods, without providing any reason.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice within the above-mentioned period to:

3. Return of Goods
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
The goods must be returned:

intact
-
complete with all accessories
-
in the original packaging, where available
-
in conditions suitable for resale
Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or that show signs of wear compromising their resale, will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
4. Refund
Bikejamming will reimburse all payments received within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, including but not limited to:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
