We do not process special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR.

No automated decision-making processes producing legal effects are carried out.


5. Payments

Payments by credit card, PayPal or other electronic systems are processed directly by the respective payment providers.

Bikejamming does not access or store full credit card details.

  • Couriers and shipping companies, including for international deliveries

  • Hosting and e-commerce platform providers

  • IT service providers

  • Accounting and tax consultants

  • Public authorities, when required by law

Processors acting on our behalf are appointed pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Personal data are not subject to public disclosure.


7. Transfers Outside the European Economic Area

Where necessary for technical or operational reasons (e.g., cloud services, analytics tools, newsletter platforms), personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
