Shipping methods
Bikejamming ships via express courier (GLS or an equivalent carrier depending on destination).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on product availability and payment method.
Orders are generally delivered within 1–10 working days from order confirmation.
Delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond Bikejamming’s control do not imply liability.
Shipping costs (Italy)
Base shipping contribution:

Orders below €70: €12.00 (VAT included)

Orders from €70 to €99.99: €9.00 (VAT included)

Orders €100 and above: free shipping
Complete wheels are subject to an additional contribution of €4.20 (VAT included) per wheel.
Final shipping costs are always displayed before completing the purchase.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Deliveries are made at street level.
In case of absence, the courier will attempt redelivery according to its procedures. If delivery cannot be completed, the goods may be returned to sender.
Checking upon delivery
Customers are advised to check the integrity of the package and the number of parcels upon receipt.
Any visible damage should be reported promptly, at the time of delivery, by making a written reservation to the courier.

The timely report facilitates the handling of the claim, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.
International shipping
Bikejamming ships within Europe. For destinations outside the EU, please contact customer service.
Customs duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
