The products marketed by Bikejamming and viewable at www.bikejamming.com can be purchased online, via e-mail and telephone (see HOW TO ORDER THE PRODUCTS).
Bikejamming does not make calls to Customers on its own initiative to propose the sale of products, unless it does not respond to a prior request from the Customer.
The use of the mail order service described below is reserved exclusively to consumers, intended as natural persons acting for purposes other than their commercial, business or professional purpose.
The following general sales conditions must be examined by the Customer before completing the purchase procedure. It is understood that making the purchase order in favor of Bikejamming implies knowledge of the general conditions of sale and their acceptance. Bikejamming is not deemed to be subject to sales conditions other than those described below, unless previously agreed upon in writing.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order without notice in circumstances where there is a perceived risk of loss or harm to the Company, its employees or others such as a reasonable suspicion of fraud or other abuse.

HOW TO PLACE ORDERS
Orders can be made:
- through the online registration process and creating a personal account or an "express" purchase procedure without creating an account.

Bikejamming reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received, promptly informing the Customer of eventual inability to accept them.
Any order authomatically produces a receipt that the Customer will receive via e-mail, along with the order confirmation. If the invoice is needed, when completing the registration form it will be requested to fill place and date of birth, in accordance to the Italian Tax Regulation.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS
Product prices are Italian VAT included. The shipping fee, where requested by the customer, is immediately viewable by adding the product to the shopping cart.
In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumption Code, at the time of execution of the contract, the Customer receives the written confirmation of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid.
The accepted payment methods are:
PayPal / Credit Cards
It does not involve any extra charges. Credit cards provided by the Paypal payment system, including prepaid and rechargeable are accepted. To prevent fraud, ensuring the highest level of security in online transactions, credit card payment is handled entirely by Paypal, responsible for the storage and processing of the information on each order, including the details of the card, in a secure environment. Bikejamming will not have access to your PayPal account data and will not be able to charge amounts higher than those in the order form; instead, it will be possible to make transfers if the order is canceled or changed. In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amount due couldn’t be charged, the sale is automatically cancelled. Bikejamming is verified by Paypal.

The customer will have 2 working days to make the transfer from the moment the order is issued. The order will be processed as soon as the payment is. If the payment has not been received within 5 days of the order being executed, the same will be considered as canceled.
Bikejamming sends a confirmation email on receipt of the order and undertakes to send the goods as soon as possible.
The delivered products will be accompanied by a delivery note, issued on the basis of the data provided in the order form.
The goods are shipped with manufacturer's packaging, or other suitable packaging.
Through the online order form the customers can request the delivery of the ordered products to a different address than their own. In the case of multiple addresses, you will need to make multiple orders.
SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
Shipping times vary from 1 to 10 working days depending on the payment method used and the availability of the goods.
Bikejamming delivers products by express courier.
The deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you want to know the delivery time in your area, please contact us. Each shipment and delivery is monitored and checked by us.
Couriers make the first delivery without notice, releasing a pass-through notice (card in the mailbox, or sticker on the bell), in case of absence. Delivery is again attempted the next day. It is highly advisable to foresee delivery at a place where there is always someone available to receive the goods. Delivery by courier is at ground floor.
COMPLAINTS ON DELIVERIES
Any complaints about the deliveries will have to be notified within 7 days of delivery by mail to email@example.com, or by telephone at no. +39 0287196318 Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 13.30. Exterior damage and non-conformity of the packages with respect to what is stated in the delivery note must be disputed directly to the courier at the time of delivery. In the event that, at the time of delivery, the outer appearance of the parcel presents imperfections (broken box, cut box, scotch with the carrier brand printed on it), the Customer (or the person responsible for receiving the goods) must proceed to the opening of the parcel in the presence of the conveyor to verify the condition of the product. In the event that the product has been damaged, the Customer must give written details of the damages in the delivery note. If it is not possible to open the parcel in the presence of the forwarder, please give details of the imperfections noticed on the parcel in the delivery note: specity broken box, cut box, scotch with the carrier brand printed on it (generic reserve has no value). In case of loss of goods by the carrier, a new shipment will be done.
Complaints for delays in delivery must be submitted from the 6th working day following the shipment.
Any disputes will be under the responsibility of the Ordinary Judge.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW - RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
Any item, except clothing, casks, food, videos, DVD’s, face masks and software can be returned to us for any reason within 14 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. Unless the goods being returned are faulty, they must be returned in a saleable condition. All bikes and accessories must be treated with respect until you are certain you are keeping them. Bikejamming shall be entitled to refuse a return in the event that the goods are returned in an unsaleable condition.
Goods supplied may not be returned for credit without prior notification to the Company and any goods which are returned without such notification may be refused. Please provide us with all the details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us. If you receive the goods before you cancel your order then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Any order can only be varied or cancelled within ten working days of receiving goods. The products must be returned in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories, along with a copy of the delivery note/invoice.
Once you have notified us that you are returning the goods, any sum debited to Bikejamming from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of your return/cancellation request provided that the goods in question are returned by you, and received by us, in the condition they were in when delivered to you. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of your handling of the goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.
Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.
Orders will be refunded in Euros.

FAILURE OF CONFORMITY - GUARANTEE
Bikejamming is liable to the consumer for any defect of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the good. The defect of conformity can be found in the event of a malfunction, the difference between what is proposed and what is received at the purchase, internal transport damage not found at the receipt, wrong shipping.
The defect of conformity must be reported within 2 years (24 months) after the date of purchase; the time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment of its occurrence is two months. The warranty will apply to the product that has defects of conformity and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product is properly used, in accordance with its intended use and as provided for in any technical documentation. This warranty will not apply in the event of negligence, neglect of the use and maintenance of the product, any mechanical adjustments and / or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
In the event of a failure of conformity, the consumer is entitled to recover the goods by repair or replacement.
The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original buyer, being reserved for direct customers.

The defective product will be shipped within 24 months from delivery, preferably in the original packaging and complete with accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc. The costs of delivery will obviously be borne by Bikejamming upon agreement on the shipping arrangements. Once received and checked the product, Bikejamming will repair the defect of compliance according to the arrangements made and will process it at its own expense.
The Company shall not be liable for faulty or damaged Goods unless such fault or damage can be shown by the purchaser to have arisen prior to delivery to the purchaser's premises.
All products on sale at Bikejamming.it are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty, as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6-09-2005. In order to use the manufacturer's warranty of a product purchased by Bikejamming, simply contact Bikejamming at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at no. +39 0287196318. Please include photographs of your product, your Bikejamming order number (or copy of receipt) so we can immediately start to assess the issue (we may even be able to solve the issue without viewing the product). In some cases the manufacturer/supplier or Bkejamming may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you and arrange how to do this. All used items being returned to us must be cleaned for hygiene purposes. On receipt of your goods we will carry out a full inspection and contact you within 3 working days of receipt.
Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

Bikejamming's service can be suspended in the event of force majeure that prevents or delays its execution (strikes, supply problems attributable to third parties, cataclysms, or erroneous indication by the Customer of the correct address of delivery).
Bikejamming will inform the Customer of the occurrence of a fortuitous or force majeure event. If the suspension of the service is extended beyond 15 days, the Customer will be able to cancel the order and will be refunded.
